Denise loves helping people, which is why real estate comes so easy to her.  She makes every effort to make the home buying or selling process a very pleasant experience with as little stress as possible.  Her clients especially appreciate the fact that she doesn't pressure them and that she genuinely wants to help them reach their goals.  She feels that it's extremely important to listen carefully to her clients needs and to provide them with the information that they need and want.

Denise lists and sells in all price ranges.  Her geographic area of concentration is wide-ranging.   She grew up in McCandless and currently lives in Ross Township, so she is very familiar with all of the North Hills.  Since she once lived in Bellevue and in Aspinwall, she is also very familiar with the Rt. 65 and Rt. 28 corridors.  She also lists and sells in Southern Butler County and the Northern portion of the City of Pittsburgh.

Denise is a graduate of North Allegheny High School and graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education (concentrating in Mathematics) from Edinboro University.  She is married to Paul LeClere.  Included among her many interests are reading, cooking, doing crossword puzzles, and doting on her cat, "Alice".
