BACKGROUND
Achieve Realty is owned by husband-and-wife Attorneys Kristen and Lawton Stokes. Kristen owns Allegheny Settlement Company, a highly-regarded title insurance agency founded in 1993. Kristen and Lawton have conducted thousands of real estate closings over the years. They have worked very closely with hundreds of REALTORS(R) and their clients. Their excellent reputation is founded upon years of excellent service and integrity.

As Attorneys, they have represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.

Lawton was an owner of a RE/MAX Select Realty, headquarted in Wexford, PA, from 2000-2004. Lawton attended RE/MAX University in Denver, Colorado in 2000, where he learned the fine points of real estate franchising. While at RE/MAX Select, he performed all the duties necessary to open and operate a residential real estate brokerage and he co-owned a mortgage brokerage.

Achieve Realty is the result of wide ranging experiences with REALTORS(R), buyers, sellers and intense exposure to both the Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX systems.
